Charge Plate Monitor System is designed to provide
quantitative measurements of the effectiveness of air ionization systems.
The CPM employs a charge plate monitor design that utilizes an ultra-high
impedance, high-voltage follower to monitor the test plate voltage. This
technique provides very high accuracy and virtually infinite impedance
loading of the plate, while allowing the test plate to be charged and
monitored through the same small-diameter connection. The CPM has a
serial interface port to connect with a computer to program test
sequences, save, or retrieve test results. The CPM features two modes of
operation, a discharge time mode with easy-to-program start and stop
voltages, and a plate voltage mode. |
